The Paralyzed Veterans of America will be hosting a 3 day event September 26-28, 2008 on Lay Lake (Beeswax). We are in need of boat captains to take out disabled anglers both Saturday and Sunday. If you have never fished a PVA event you are in for a treat! These tournaments are life changing. We are in need of about 50 boats and 10 non-boating boat captains. If you are interested please contact Alan Earl at 800.424.8200 ext. 738 or visit www.PVABASSTOUR.com
Also, here is a link to a boat captains journal from our last tournament on the Potomac River. It explains everything we do, http://www.wmi.org/bassfish/bassboar...sage_id=300697
Thanks for considering and please pass this along to anyone you think might want to go fishing with our wounded warriors. Here is a recent article featured on Bassmaster.com, http://sports.espn.go.com/outdoors/b...n_PVA_08July31
