    Thumbs up Red eye shad

Love these new baits, but not to durable on the paint, had numerous ones chip, and a couple where the whole side finish came off. Emailed strike king customer service about the problem. Recieved a response today that they would take care of the problem, and drop me a couple in the mail, no charge. I couldnt believe it a company like strike king actually cares about its paying customers, and believe me i have collected a mass of those baits. The guys name was Chris Brown. Just thought i would let you guys know, that strike king has a great customer service department, and cares about its customers.

Yeah, I call it customer no-service. I'm glad to see they are taking care of you. One thing about it; the Red Eye Shad can flat out catch fish. I had a week in the spring at Kentucky Lake that made a believer out of me.

Hey can you post or pm that number you called. I got the same issue. They are really no worse than the Rattle Traps...but it is nice to see someone own it.

    Henson,
I heard about that beat down u put on Woody. You're not going to do that too often.

Hey Mark, you got that right. Elnut was throwing everything but the kitchen sink at em and THE only thing they would hit was the red eye shad.
