Went Sun night until about 5 am. Bite was kinda slow. 7 fish, 12# blue biggest. Lost several baits to gar, first time this summer. Same as before...drifting cut skippies in 25' flats near main channel. Barge traffic seemed to energize the bite. Hope to take my kids out this weekend for some juggin'...they really get a kick out of seeing the jug dancing across the water.

Sorta what we figured as well. It was after 12:30 before the first barge came thru and then the fish started biting. We had a barge every 30-45 minutes after that. Darn near rocked us to sleep a couple times!!
