1. Entry Fee is $30.00 per person
2. Pre Registration is encouraged, Boats will start the tournament according to the order of entry. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to refuse any/all entries.
3. Tournament hours will be 7:00 a.m. Sunday, October 26, 2008 until 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 26, 2008
4. Weigh-in will begin at 2:00 p. m.
5. Boats must be equipped with operating aerated live well.
6. Live wells will be checked at takeoff as a contestant idles past the starting boat.
7. 3 Fish Limit, 15 inch minimum length.
8. All fish must be brought to the scales alive in the bag with sufficient water to maintain the fish in good condition. Dead fish penalty will be 1 pound per fish.
9. Only Largemouth, Smallmouth or Kentucky Bass are allowed.
10. Once a fish is handed to the weigh master it becomes the property of the Tournament Committee and will be released after it is weighed.
11. In the event of a tie, the contestant with the largest fish will be the winner; if still tied the prize money for those two places will be combined and split.
12. No Live Bait, Artificial Lures only, Pork or Pork type strips are permitted. Maximum rod length will be 7 ½ feet. Trolling will not be permitted.
13. Maximum of 2 Persons per boat, You may fish alone.
14. Life jackets must be worn any time the combustion engine is running.
15. A committee of three contestants appointed by the weigh master would handle any protest. Their decision will be final. The weigh master reserves the right to require a polygraph.
16. All participants must read and sign the official entry form and liability release.
17. Drugs, other than prescription in their approved container, or Alcohol will not be permitted during tournament hours including weigh-in.
