    Decent Buck

    Took a 205 lb field dressed buck Saturday afternoon with the ole smoke pole. 90 yards buck was walking when I shot right through the heart buck didn't go 15 yards and expired. Real decent 8 point in the 130 to 135 class range. Very nice mass and has bases well over 6 inches in circumfrence. I'll be honest I was hoping for a better buck this year, this one fooled me a bit at that yardage through all the thick stuff I was looking through. All in all I'm happy with it, thought I would tell you guys about it.

    Congrats on a fine buck mhall. I had the worst muzzleloader weekend ever....I didn't get to hunt because my truck decided to go on the blink and I had to mess with it this weekend. When do we get to see the pics?
