Dale Hollow trip

Went to Dale Hollow tuesday and came back today. Stayed at Wisdom Dock .Didn't really know where to start or what to use.Tuesday bite was slow till about 2:30 and got into a bunch of large mouth fighting over my partners crankbait, lots of 1-2 lbs. Crank and let set for a couple seconds and they would nail it. We tried spinnerbaits ,crankbaits, jigs , plastics. Caught most on crankbaits tues. and wed, Spinnerbait worked pretty good yesterday. Had a few hits on jig and worms but didn't hook any on them. The water was 66 and was really bad windy. Caught plenty of largemouth but most were under 12"

Good to hear that you caught some fish. Even if they were'nt big ones you still got to do some catching. Good post and info.

sounds like u had fun adn looks liek you covered all your bases on dale... if u dont know dale it can be really tough....
