Have a tournament there Sunday, and have not fished that lake in 2 years. Could someone help me out, just wondering what the water temp is, and what level that lake is at. If anyone has fished it lately, and has any good info to share please im me, would sure appreciate it. Thanks

    Re: Barren

Water temp was in the 60 + range this past weekend, water is down about 5 to 6 ft now and dropping about 8 to 10 in a day, might want to ck the corps websit as levels could have changed. Bite has been tough, for me it was it took 25+ to win two day tourney, there were some good catches but not as good a bite as it could have been. Fish are in transistion and I did not notice ant schooling going on. Spots on shakey heads on bluffs, large mouth on points and sec points, cranks and jig's, it is junk fishing at it's finest. No set patterens but they seem to be behind due to the unstable weather. Good luck.
