Blinking Nancy Pelosi

You know in this day and time in which we live we elect politicians based on good speeches and talk more than just about anything else. BO is prime example of that for sure.

So if this is true why in Hell's half acres did Nancy Pelosi get elected leader of the Democtaric party. I've now MADE myself watch several of her speeches and lectures concerning whatever and quite frankly she sounds like a stumbling, bumbling, studdering idiot. She makes no sense at all and really isn't that versed on the agenda she's speaking of.

I don't get it, what was the draw for this individual, since Dem's love a good speech so much, lol.

Oh yea, one more thing I read an article once that stated if a person avoided eye contact and blinked alot they were probably lieing about something. Watch ole blinking Nancy the next time she's spewing her garbage.

I agree with everything you said, but if blinking means your lying then everybody in D.C. would have there eyes closed as often as they do open.....wait a minute, that explains a lot about our government LOL!

I usually avoid direct eye contact with people but it's more of a personality trait - not because I'm lying. When I'm doing that I'm usually looking people straight in the face.......

Didn't McCain blink alot? I always assumed it had more to do with the some of the physical problems he has from being tortured and no I'm not trying to start anything or say McCain is a liar because he blinks alot, just asking if anyone knows for sure why he does.

Also I think just being nervous can cause some of the same things.

She thinks she's prim, proper, and pretty. The 'draw' for this individual may be a female disease called Fluttering Eyelashes. They create a breeze that attracts the curisosity of the male gender, particularly Democrats. Once she has their attention, she doesn't have to say anything intelligent; they're not listening anyway. If that isn't Pelosi's problem, then she probably has a piece of dust behind her contact lens. lol

The body language of a liar isn't as much the blinking as it is with breaking eye contact. A really good liar will do a quick glance away or down when talking. Often a man's voice will go up a few notes and sound a bit cunning. A woman sometimes will talk louder than normal while telling a lie. I have a niece who can be heard in the next county when she is lying.

I'm blinking a lot right now and I'm not lying. Have driven 500 miles through holiday traffic, rainstorms, and long traffic jams today.
