    Cumberland Striper jumps and water

Does anyone know what this rising murky water has done to the striper jumps around midlake. Anyone saw any lately. Has the creeks started clearing any yet?
    Thanks

They were up pretty good yesterday. Didn't go today as it was raining pretty hard. (and I'm a wuss) Haven't been in the creeks in a few days, but I expect the main lake bite to stay good for a while. Good luck, Phil

It seems like ever year we get some hard rains and it murkies up the creeks around this time of year or beginning of Jan.. I hate fishing for stripers when the water isn't clear. Has anyone been in the creeks lately to check on water clarity?

Where have you been seeing the jumps on the main lake at? I thought these fish should be moving into the creeks by now.

I have not been fishing the creeks so I can not help you there but I know guys are catching them but it sounds like they are sporadically in different areas. Since the water has mudded up the cleaner water mid lake is between Conley and Fishing Creek area not quite all the way to Fishing Creek from Conley as far as clean water and fish. Check around White Oak to the 90 degree elbow there are fish there but water does have them goofed up a bit.
Just don't catch them all with out me.

Catching fish in the creeks on the lower end of the lake. Water looks to be in pretty good shape. Lots of fish, but they are moving very quickly.

Stripers are REALLY good in the area that Justinhall mentioned. 6 last Tuesday. The stripers are very scattered on the lower end and harder to catch. I know of alot of good catches Midlake, creel guy said he measured two over 40 inches caught out of jumps in that area.
    Good luck,
