Norris Lake Stripers

I would give Wayne Smith a call. He is out of Hickory Star. I have not fished with him but have talked to him at boat shows and when i went down there. He was very nice and helped us out without ever fishing with him. He is in one of the best areas down there for winter time fishing. He is a super nice guy and he can catch fish i have watched him from my boat......lol!
