Several years ago bought a old farm house at the entrance to state park, Wondering if any fishermen/hunters/golfers would be interested in leasing it for 12 months, its dry inside, with bathroom/ water & electricity, could make a out building into a boat shed .........

extremely rough inside, as renters have destroyed it for the most part, lots of parking, on the main rd. across from Bed and Breakfast,
