I lost a lot of good tackle last year in the grande finale classic at Lake Springfield, Illinois. Last weekend of October, huge cold front came through, temps fell from 60's to 30's with wind gusts to 60mph on Sunday.

Next years classic got moved up a month.

I lost half my tacklebox there. Been trying to recover all winter. Hundred bucks here, fifty bucks there, the ole wife hasn't figured it out that I am chipping away at the check book. Thank God for paperless plastic debit cards.

Next big trip is rapidly approaching, East Texas Tour, March 6th thru 14th.
