Shimano Team Tournament

Twenty-one Kentucky independent tackle stores in conjunction with Shimano Corp will hold a "FREE Entry Fee" team tournament, April 18th on Lake Cumberland out of the Conley Bottom ramp.

TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in cash & prizes will be awarded...Guaranteed...regardless of the number of boats entered. The field is limited to the first 200 boats to sign up.

Over $7,000.00 in cash & prizes will be awarded to the top thirty places and over $3,000.00 in rods, reels and other Shimano products will be given away via luck of the draw.

To qualify for the Free Entry fee Shimano tournament each team member must own at least (1) out of the three following Shimano products to participate:

Curado E Series Reel - or - Citica E Series Reel - or - Cumara Series Rod

I have had several phone calls regarding this tournament and I would like to address some questions that have been asked.

1) The term "Free team tournament" means that there is No Entry Fee required to fish this tournament.
2) See your local Shimano Dealer to see the rules that make you eligible to fish the tournament.
3) If you meet eligibility requirements, you must register before April 12th or you will have to pay a $50.00 late registration fee. Any team that shows up on the morning of the tournament and trys to pay a fifty dollar entry fee and has not met the eligibilty requirements will be turned away!!
4) Yes, the Ten Thousand dollars in cash & prizes is guaranteed regardless of the number of teams that show up to fish the tournament!

If you do not already own one of the qualifying Shimano products and need to buy one so you can fish this tournament....think of it this way....it's like paying an entry fee only you get to keep the entry fee after the tournament is over.
