OK guys, spring is near, and water temps are on the rise. Question is...where is everyone going?
I know that I've got a few spots this spring that I'm planning on hitting...spots I never got to last year. Barren is my number one priority. I've got to figure out that lake this year. KY Lake is my other priority. Any tips on when to get to KY lake for the spawn? I've heard something about flowers that bloom indicating that the spawn is on? Anyone else heard this? Can't wait...my tackle is more organized then it has ever been...sadly it will take one good fishing trip to mess it up again as I franticly go through baits! CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

Dale and Lake Cumberland for sure...Green River Lake Crappie would be nice too. Last year I worked so much overtime it was ridiculous, so that sort of screwed me up on hitting the water. Now this year starting out I'm still working overtime but that will cease after the spring fishing season (gosh, did I just write that??!!! I'M DOOMED!!!)
Working two jobs and time being limited, i'll stay pretty close to home. Will have to take vacation days, so i'll hit Herrington, Carnico and may even try Stoner Creek for the first time in a long time.
we are goin down to santee cooper here in 3 weeks but i am goin fnf still here soon in i ever get teh chance but i will hit up dale and cland for sure maybe barren who knows...
