    Cumberland River water levels

Ok I've planned this trip for several months and just got back from the SEC tournament today and got on the internet for the first time in a while. I see that the river is way up! Do you guys think this level will continue and through the weekend? Where is all this water coming from? Did it rain while I was gone?

    Any advice?

We got a lot of rain in the last week and the lake jumped up about 4 ft. I'd guess that the river will be really rolling over the weekend. The SEC tourney aint what it used to be either, is it?

Don't look for them to slow the flow until next week sometime...especially if we get rain on Thursday like they are predicting. Once the lake is 680 they'll slow it down. Can't wait till we can get on the river and start catching some of those beautiful trout!
