    Best four hours this year!

Spent some time on a local lake with a buddy and we did pretty good. Several fish were over 4lb's and several around 2-3.5lbs. The majority on rattletraps! That's a nice feeling when a big fish nails a rattletrap. Good for the soul!

Awesome day on the lake, I cant wait to take my 7 year old boy. He loves bass fishing.

I need the name and the address of the members of that lake so I can start knocking them off one at a time until I can get membership. Lived on the 2 there by home depot for 2 years and if Ellerslie is anything like those two, imma have to get out there ASAP. If you can't go out there and catch AT LEAST 30 then you need to hang it up, its an awesome place.

Find a way to get on the list and hold tight for about 6 or 7 years. That's was I did and finally got the call last year. Don, I talked to Jon last night and he ended up with 5. Jon and I have been fishing together for 20+ years.

Buzzking, I've had some good days on 2 this time of year. I hear there have been some 6 and 7s caught out of that place. I think I've caught them up to 4 or so. I've also had some crazy crappie days out there. Went out there one day in April many moons ago and caught over 100 on a smoke grub. Only about 12 were keeper though.

Did he get any good ones? We talked before he hit the water but I never called to see how he did. Those Crappie in the bubble line can be pretty fun.

In the 2 years I lived on the 2 lakes there by the plant we had 1 legit 7+, roughly 5-10 6+, and way too many 5+ to count. The best days were the sunny days in feb. when the Jerkbait would get right. You could catch 50 and never move the boat, honest to god.
