What happened to your post Terry.............................? It seems to have disappeared....................................... .............................? LOL! My "comma" button is broke so I guess I'll just keep using (................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ........) in it's place!

Re: fishing spots on white river?

Hey Tobias next time I move can I get permission to wade through and furnish my pad with all the appliances strung along the bank? Several years back a friend and I float tubed from the infamous "barbed wire right up to road" all the way down to the bridge on Centerton Road. I'll never forget how trashy it was.

When I was applying for my adopt-a-waterway river section near home I saw many sections of White Lick had been adopted. Hopefully it's cleaner today than it was back then. Is that the case?

The "barbed-wire" section through Brooklyn has always been trashed! Centerton Rd. south has always (for the most part) been "clean." Myself and my two neighbors own the properties north and south of Centerton Rd. all the way back to where it dumps into the river.

I've fished this creek for the last twenty years and love going w/ just about anyone who wants to take the time to stop and ask.

It's ashame it gets treated like it does from Mooresville to Centerton. The town of Brooklyn is a big problem as are the industries by the General Shale brick plant.
