If you paid every year then you spent more than $10,which is still a deal, but a person could pay $10 a year for the rest of his/her life and never get drawn.I also find it odd that a whole bunch of folks who were drawn in the first years of the hunt were Big Money people.
Who exactly were these big money folks?
Thanks BC.
It is time for Kentucky to follow the example of other states where you get points and extra lottery chances for continuing to support the Elk Draw.
I for one will not donate any more money to this bogus program without knowing that my chances improve for supporting the program and the department. I will not continue to spend money on a draw that is not public, and which allows for some privileged few to hunt Elk over and over.
