I would look up the gtreneration schedule, We were there for about 2 hours thursday afternoon. From the looks of things the ricer has been very high for a long time but it was falling and was low enough for the trout creek release water was running down in to the river we went down to the mann road at the end of the trail down there and saw a few guys walking down hill toward the river, creeks are stained and we did not see much of any thing going on if you go watch for the heavey equipment some of those guys must have trained at the Armor School at Fort Knox.
