Looking to get into some good redears or bluegill this week. I need to know where to go in the central part of the state, not Ky Lake. I live in No Ky area and am willing to travel 2-2.5 hours for some decent fishing. Was thinking of Cedar Creek lake, Herrington, Cave Run, or Green River, or any other lake you would suggest. What would be a good pattern for this time of the year? Split shot, hook, redworms on bottom? Float and redworms/ crickets?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Bassky
WE caught more shellcrackers than anything, but Corinth Lake is a good choice,I've seen some nice bluegill stringers come out of Elmer Davis in Owen county too.Looking to get into some good redears or bluegill this week. We do just fine with redworms on a bobber and splitshot.
