The guys make great plastics. cheap too. Just thought Id let everybody know in case somebodys lookin for some cheap. Their website is www.sweetwaterbaits.com

Contacted them yesterday. The guy seemed like he is really customer-service oriented.

He really is. I ended up talking with him about a lot of things, and learned a lot. I love the beaver tails and can't wait till he comes out with his stick bait.

The baits look good. I'll give them a try! I would rather support a local company anyway.

You won't be disappointed. These local companies put a lot more care into their baits then a larger one who cranks out thousands a day. Make sure to email him though so he can hook you up with free shipping.

    Re: Lexington area

Everytime I access his website the frontpage loads fine then if i click on either the Flat bottom Series or the Sweet series to look at the product line, it locks up when it tries to load and crashes my internet, every time, I've tried it a dozen times and it does it every single time. Anyone else having this trouble?...The baits look really nice and I'd like to support a local guy but i can't get a good enough look at the colors and styles to make an order.

Website did the same thing to me. I reported it to the owner, but guess it didn't get fixed. Makes it tough to buy something off a site when it crashes your computer.

Hmm. That's weird. I didn't have a problem. I do know that nothing is offered in the Sweet Series as of yet. It must be certain internets. Sometimes, it does take a bit for the pictures to load, but no more than 10 or 15 seconds.
