Come out and join in brother, this event is a BLAST and it is not like most where the same people seem to win quite often. It is really a crap shoot on what it will take to actually WIN it, some weeks over 4 lbs, and most (like this week) in the 3's will get'er done. Either way, the guys that particiapate are TOP NOTCH (both running and fishing it) and REALLY friendly to everyone. I have not found ANY other event, in our area, where guys will actually give you some "hints" on where they caught fish and on what (that's how nice these fellows are). Although everyone wants to win, I would say 95% or better enjoy just being on the water with each other and the talks afterward. I fished one and I haven't stopped yet, come get hooked!!!

yea thats a pretty good haul for me but as long as my partner dosent get called back to work i will be there i run a night tourny on mon also lol ill get to fish 2 in 1 day how many spots does it pay and yea whoever runs it must be doing something right to get 40+ boats every week on a mon morning.

Well, first of all, you don't HAVE to have a partner for this one. There are a good number that will fish it alone each week (get to keep ALL the money that way too ). They normally pay 4 spots each time, the buy-in is $25 and they pay (generally speaking, it can be more from time to time, so don't quote me directly) $450 for 1st, $250 for 2nd, $150 for 3rd, and $60 for 4th. They payout less spots than many other events, but when you win it is a GOOD payday for the money.
Where do you run yours out of? What are the fees, boats, ect? Just wondering as I don't fish anything on Monday nights yet .
