It S_U_C_K_S that when I have a free pass to fish, like this Saturday, the forecast says rain, and thunderstorms.
Who is going fishing despite the rain?
You would have to bring that up! Just last night, told the wife I was thinking of going striper fishing Saturday...But your post caused me to check the forecast.
No good for me here on Lake Cumberland (Jamestown, KY) 70% chance of rain with possible thunderstorms and heavy rain possible. Could get 1-2 inches of rain. Looks like I'll stay in this weekend and work on honey do's.
Also, going to make things tough on the Cumberland River tailwater for bank fisherman if we get that much rain. River is flowing at 3,480 cu ft/sec now!
i fished when we got 6 inches the other day...wasnt bad at all
That is why they make rain gear, fish do not mind that it is raining they allready wet, fish when you can gom rain or snow, long as no lighting.
Yea me and Andrew fished last Sunday morning through the Monsoon.
Personally Boys I'm sick of it this year, I'd like to see some dry weather for a change. Where I live it's been one deluge after another ALL year long, it's getting really old.
i personally like the rain days and the clouds...
