Spinnerbaits work good there, but is better in the spring, the fish will be chasing shada now and topwaters, lipless and reg cranks will be the ticket, but do not be afraid to throw the spinnerbait, and let the bass tell you what they want.

When I fish for bass its nearly always with plastic's but I'm going to KY Lake in three weeks and I've been reading lots of post about how well spinnerbaits work down there.What color and size should I try?Also does the blade selection have much to do with it?Any other KY Lake info will be appreciated.
