    Family Trip to Cumberland

Taking the family down to Cumberland for a couple days. Puttiing in at Pumkin Creek. Any info on what the bass and crappie are doing at the moment would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When you come out of the no wake at Jamestown, and follow down the walls on the right side, you come to the big notch in the walls, it has several rock slide areas before and after it. Wife and I fished nightcrawlers and shiners on down rods in that area and caught good numbers of small mouth from 1 to 2 pounds. FYI, we were also catching some serious Bull Bluegills, the kind your hand can just barely fit around in that area. Hope it helps a little anyway.
