    Muskie/pike

What are everyones thoughts on a good lake in central/southern Indiana lake for these? I haven't fished for these since I was a kid. With some rime off from work soon I wanted to give them a try. Any locations?

The only lake that I know of is S/C Indiana that you are going to catch quality (by Indiana standards) musky is outside of Linton.

I would head to Illinois or Cave Run.

All the ones in bluegrass are very small.

Make the drive north to webster, barbee chain for muskie. Wawasee for pike or even winona in warsaw, these lakes are full of toothy critters.

I remember as a kid back in 1979, there were nice (again, by Indiana standards) Northern Pike in Patoka. Unfortunately, they stopped stocking them. Supposedly there are still a few left, but I doubt I'll ever catch one.

I second that! I've always caught them while bass fishing but never caught one when I specifically targeting them.

I'd love to but I'll have my son 3 of the 4 days so I can't.

Hey Justin, are you going to try and fish our river series tournament next year. Our classic is coming up on Sat and someone is going home with a pretty good payout.........

If I get the schedule early enough to get the days off I may.
