    cumberland river stripers

    caught last weekend in the river along with a few catfish.

    Not suppose to br any hybrids in the river. Lots of true Rockfish have broken stripes.

    Mark is right, lots of rockfish have broken stripes. Shouldn't be any hybrids in the CR. I sure hope some of those stripers hang around that area for a couple more weeks. I would love to get into some in that fast water, what a fight! Nice fish.

    That is some fun when you can get into them like that in the river. They do get to be 50 plus pounds in there too. Fred does get 50 plus pounds in his boat each year downstream.
