Cumberland, upstream of Burnside

Anyone here ever fish the Cumberland river upstream of Burnside. Was up there this past fall and saw a PowerPlant. Just wondering if there is a Warm Water Discharge and if it holds any Fishes in the winter time?

There are alot of guys that fish that warm water discharge in the winter and catch fish of all types. Might be alot of ice right now though. In the early spring the Walleye will make a false spawning run up that way to.
