    replacing the decking and carpet...fun

heres a couple shots to show how much fun redecking and carpeting a boat can be. mine had a few soft spots starting and the carpets faded,so, i decided to just restore the whole dang thing. no way about it, it pretty much *****, but will be like new when im done.plus ive added another door in the floor to utilize the space.

My floor has some soft spots too. What did you replace your floor with? Same as the front deck?

When I miss fishing this winter I go buy some crankbaits or finger some of the new rods...looks like you've been working your tale off!

Be nice when it's done - how many hours of sweat equity will you have in her for that project?

not sure...dont really want to think about it. counting buffing it ,probably 30 hrs so far...probably that much or more to go. i have to do it now, cause if i start fishing, it will never get torn apart

I'd like to think it will be here in a week - my boats ready to fish - but with snow on the forecast I'm afraid you will have plenty of time to finish your project - your all done but the finishing part!
