Alright guys anyone know much about this lake? A couple of the UofL guys and some other local teams are headed there for a FLW tournament on March 6th. My partner and I are headed to yet another unknown body of water and due to the fact that we just qualified and the off limits is a week in advance we aren't able to go prefish... We are launching at the K Dock Marina and everything MAIN LAKE is off limits!!! Basically the river is the only part of the lake we are able to fish... If anyone is familiar with this lake can you please help me out a little bit.. As far as what we should target and what the lake has to offer would be a great help!!! Thanks in advance...

How was the fishing at Nolin Sunday, wanted too see your weigh in but got there too early.thanks
PM sent
Nolin was pretty tough... I heard that there was a trap bite that picked up on sunday and most of us through just about everything at em... Out of 10 guys only 2 guys had bites... Pretty bad day to say the least... I was marking fish at 15-20 ft and did just about everything to try and get them to bite... Everything but yo-yoing a trap off of the bottom which was the trick.. Our fish was caught on shakey head and one white rattle trap fish... Terry have you fished Bull Shoals before?
No i havn't,sorry
If you find fish this time of the year in 25ft of water 9 times out of 10 they are not going to bit at all. If the water was in the upper 40s they are a little higher in the water eatin shad and what not if the sun was out and the water had a little color then the fish could have been in less then five feet on the run for food. They need it now bad.
Have Fun and Be Safe GREEN RIVER TIME
Hey guys everything I am hearing about is jerkbaits which is common this time of year and wiggle warts... Is anybody familiar with the river on this lake? As far as how much different I should expect clarity and water temp to differ from main lake... We are limited as to what we can take to these tournaments and I want to make sure I don't bring a lot of stuff I won't end up throwing... Thanks!!
Cole did you get my message about Fin and Feather Tackle and John Mooney?
