Do you sign up for these tournaments before hand or just show up at the ramp?

Last year you just paid at the ramp membership dues and your tournement fees show up early.

I would show up early. In the past one division did almost reach maximum capacity. He will only let so many join the division due to the size of the lakes. But I dont think it was a problem last year.
