John Crews wins the Bassmaster season-opener

A couple of years ago I bought some senkos off ebay and the seller was John Crews - he shipped fast and was very freindly . I have emailed him a few times and he always was personable and is a great young man . Congrats to him on his win !

I bet Skeet Reese is just sick for losing by only 1 ounce. He still brought home 25k in cash though. That's commendable in my opinion. KVD is off to slow a start for Angler of the year if he does as bad in this tournament. What a drop he had from his win at the Classic. KVD Finished 29th. I would like to see Jeff Kriet and Kevin Wirth do good this year. I am ready for some different guys, like Crews, to start winning some of these Tournaments.
