I may have one - if I could bare to part with, it has a serious amount of GPS markings on it for KY Lake compiled over a couple years from a guide buddy!! Boy oh boy I don't know - let me see if I can find it.

My father-in-law bought a new Garmin 188c from another buddy and is looking for the Fishing Hot Spot chip that fits into the bottom of the unit. He called Garmin and they said it is discontinued. I told him that there's got to be one out there somewhere. He is looking for the one that has Indiana, Kentucky, Tenn, Ohio.....Anybody have an old unit laying around or knows somebody that has one? Thanks!

Hey, thanks for the response. My father in-law fishes locally and doesn't like to venture too far (Old geezer). Let me know if you find it and want to part ways with it. Thanks again!
I've got the 188C
Get the equipment/cable to hook it up to your computer, and a blank card. Then get the Hot Spots CD.
Hook your unit up to the computer, run the computer program, and download the maps you want to your blank card that's in your unit.
