Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that we have a new magazine coming out in a little over a week. It is all about hunting and fishing in Kentucky and is 80 pages each month. I have seven articles in the first one, and one of those is about the new Cumberland River trout stockings taking place in the spring of 2011. I have already been told that I will be writing about fly fishing in our great state in a lot of issues.
Here is the web site that will give you more information.

Sounds great, just hope it stays here and not merged into "Mid West Outdoors" like a previous publication did. I tried mid west for awhile and it was interesting but a lot of paper devoted to upper mid west hunting and fishing..just my 2cents
Rock, are code is 502.
grampsg, I don't forsee this happening. Mike and Jim are very passionate about this. I agree with you on Midwest Outdoors. They bought out two magazines I wrote for. I have written for them many times, but they don't pay very well.
Thanks for the heads up Tim, I'll definitely be checking it out. I just recently started listening to the Jim Strader (?) am program while driving home from my new job up there in Louisville. It's nice to listen to some good hunting and fishing info while I drive back to BG. Is this the "Jim" you are referring to. Thanks.
