Finally got out and caught a few

My first trip of the year in the boat today. Caught 2 LM on Jigs, 1 on a Jerkbait and 1 on a Rattletrap. Got kinda windy but it still felt good to get out.

I would like to get out and try it once the fish get real active (I'm spoiled!). I expect the fish here at Lake"E" to turn on in a few weeks. At least thats how it's been in the past. I had water temps as high as 57 and as low as 53 around the lake. Seems like once we get 60's on the water temp they eally start moving up.
Have you been to Green lately? Know if it's on like last year?

I'm hoping to get to the tailwaters again this year to catch some trout. I usually go in May and the fishing has been great in the past. We don't fly fish but even with spinning tackle the fishing is fantastic.

I'm headed to Green next week for a few days. The wife and daughter are headed to Colorado for the week so I took the week off. I may or may not do some work around the house that week. But Wednesday- Saturday I will be on Green. I will have an open seat Wednesday- Friday.

I'll see how it pans out. I have a trip to (tenative) Beaver on Friday and it is up to him as to us going or not. If that doesn't happen I'll be shouting atcha! Good luck man.
