Dad and i were discussing Rough for next weeks trip instead of going back to barren, but that decision was made before the flooding. Do you think the water clarity should clear up some by then??? I would think that if the clarity is slightly better and the water is still up, then spinners, buzzbaits, and t-rig worms in the timbers could be a good idea.... what do you guys think?
Me and a buddy were thinking about fishing the FFA Tourney but that won't happen now lol. Rough is still coming up and will be muddy up river until they start pulling it, which should start by the end of the week or this weekend, which will pull all the mud down to the dam along with all of the logs and other floaters. As of this morning it was 14.4 over summer pool and it'll keep coming up for a day or 2. so I'd say your looking at 12-14 over summer pool for your tourney. I'd move it to Nolin personally, but that's just me.
uhh scratch that Nolin idea it's just as high as rough now. lol
