Just ordered another sonar,the eagle landed for good!I liked my cuda with the GPS plotter,and wanted to get a similar unit, or go cheaper and get a hand held GPS. Tried that before, and wasn'that happy with the results.Cant find a good compass anymore that is easy to read at night,This makes at least seven units I have used since the green box, and included a chart drive for lake michigan.Worst unit was bottom line, came with the boat, followed by a bird, vexilar, uniden, and a herters and heath kit. This will be my final one.Couldn't bring myself to spend 500 bucks for a unit, so with my points from BPS it cost me 190.00 with shipping.

my eagle just gave up too...but i loved it
