I'm still shocked the old record was from the Ohio. I've never seen or caught one close to that out of there. Heck double digits can be few and far between at times.

just saw it in Indy Star.....wow!
That was a big striper for a small lake - one heck of a catch!
Tony Campisano caught the old record below McAlpine, he was a master, not unusal for him to catch double digit stripers from what I've been told. . .
I've heard the same thing, that he was a master of striper fishing in several places. At the time he caught the record, double-digit fish were very common, just not anything near the record in Indiana.
