    water is the problem

We need to get rid of most of this pesky water, just look what its done to our oil supply! Not going to mention flooding, thats just a natural thing that we dont have any control over. Now there are rumors that the pesky liquid is screwing up our natural gas supply. Those folks who del;ibertly light their tap water ought to be jailed for using up a valuable commodity.

I think you could prolly use the Ohio River water right now for fertilizer. At least I have smelled areas of it that reminded me of Poo. Or was that my fishing partner?

might be an overloaded sewage plant, or all the septic systems, and the heat dosn't help.
