Nolin: Friday Big Bass

Is there are big bass tourney on Friday nights out of Wax and/or Moutardier??
If so, what are the hours of each and how many boats has each been averaging??
Haven't fished it for several years, but plan on doing it this Friday with my brother.

I'm pretty sure there is one out of Wax on friday nights. I think it's only a $30 entry fee and they usually have 30-40 boats in it. I think it last from 7-11pm est.

Yes there's a 1 fish tourn. Out of wax every fri. Night 6:00 - 10:00 lake time. It starts the 1st fri in may, and goes to last fri in sept. $30 entry,
have to fish 10 tourn. To make the classic, in oct. We've been avg. 40 boats, and been paying back approx 7 places.
There's also one out of moutidier, have'nt fished it in 2 years, they only pay 2 places. Been avg. 15-18 boats.

I will be at Wax Friday nite.... Back in the day before kids we used to fish it alot and finished in the money about 60% of the time. Hopefully I still have the touch...

Fished out of Wax Friday nite and it was hot. Went down around Piney Creek and fished some main lake banks, one fish. Then fished the point outside of Davis with stumps and no fish. Then fished Long Fall Creek and managed about six fish. All fish were below 15". All bites on worms. It was hot, but fun !!!!

What did it take to win ??

I think there was one right at 4 lbs. Ist, there were two 3's, then down to 2's i bet there 6 or 7 fish in the 1.60 - 1.69 range. We caught 5 or 6, the largest was 1.39 lbs... Tr
