For the first time in my life, yesterday I waded the White River for smallmouth bass. I caught a few rock bass and a baby smallie, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Wading upstream was tough though, so always go with a friend. It was tiring and fun at the same time. I saw one of the prettiest sunfish. It was aqua/teal on the top half and golden on the bottom. Much of the water was clear, too.
