But if that spill enters lake michigan, the CEO of that company should be jailed, his company fined the cost of all damages to the states of Indiana and Illinois. There are thousands of miles of pipelines in this country, and some of them carry things that could cause damages, but the laws to inspect them are lax or non existant.Been that way for years.Know one thing they did? make us guys who worked on using them take drug tests.Some old pipelines are not even recorded anymore, and still have usage.
