Re: Lesser Known On-Line Tackle Stores

If you are needing hooks or jig heads " ANY SIZE " you cannot beat TCI Fishing Lures. I dont know if he has a website but you can find him on E-Bay. The prices are so unbelievable I dont know how the ole boy stays in business. He also sends a free jig with a bible passage with all the orders I have made.

If you find a cheaper price on something, give them a chance to match it. I recently found a better price on a new H-Bird 898 and gave them a call. They matched it with no problem. The one caveat is that the price must come from an authorized dealer....no "Fly By Night Electronics" or anything like that.
tackle ware house is the only place to go.............

If you pour your own jigs and sinkers, Barlow's is the cheapest place to get molds.

I use basstackledepot first and if they dont have what I need tacklewarehouse. I have also used Hi's tacklebox and outdoorproshop when they have specials and sales going on.

    TWH is for me!

00SKEETER pretty much nails it on the head. Tackle Warehouse is awesome! FREE shipping on orders over $50. That rocks!

I've ordered from landbigfish.com before. Their selection is good but they've also screwed some of my orders up too. Sending the wrong colors and stuff like that.

As for Bass Pro, I buy from them in person but don't buy from them online any longer. TWH has a much better selection and FREE shipping. It's a no brainer for me.

    Just kidding!

For fishing equipment and electronics, try Hodges Marine, http://www.hodgesmarine.com/. I saved over $150 buying my Scotty rod holders there vice Cabellas or Bass Pro.

Boating gear and fishing electronics too:
    a. Academy Sports: http://www.academy.com/index.php
    b. Bryant Marine and there LOWCOST BOATING STORE http://www.lowcostboatingstore.com/. I bouth a telescopic ladder there that would have cost me $129, for $61.00 and yep is was new in the box!. They have killer prices on trolling motor stuff, though limited selection.

We prefer tacklewarehouse and overstockbait most of the time. They have good deals and offers.

No, I'm not being paid by any of these company's to post their names on this forum. I just want to see if there are other "lesser known" company's out there.
Tacklefreaks.com has a ton of the hard to find and “hot” stuff. Plus hes a Kentucky guy, runs Kentucky lake outdoors. Good prices and knows his stuff!
