My older brother was in town visiting from UT this past week. I took him to a little farm pond I used to fish, but haven't been there for nearly a year. We broke out the flyrods and began slaying the big gills and crappie on bh pheasants and hares ears. We even caught a few nice LMs. Good times with the bro. Just wish we had had a camera with us, oh well.

The ponds around here that I fish have been on for a week or two now. I haven't had as much luck on the bluegill, but crappie and bass have been good.
Good Job Brotha !
I think the lakes around my house are turning. The water has got dingy and sometimes an odor is present.
Have been picking up a few bluegill in the evenings, seems they're only interested for about an hour.
Doing pretty good on bass. Again, in the evening. The bass are laying right on the bank. Everything's being caught on poppers/divers casting parallel to the bank.
