Can you imagine there being 500 protester at your favorite boat ramp blocking so you cant launch ? Do'nt think it can't happen think again my friends and no you can not just run over them..

Constitutional amendments don't go on the ballot; the state senate has to vote them in, and there has to be a 3/5 majority. So instead of being able to vote on it directly, you'll need to identify which candidates would support it, and vote for them.
