I cant comment on the bass or crappie. But i know at one time, it was renowned for its bluegill.

Anyone know anything about little Corinth lake? Like to try the smaller lakes out time to time (close to home of course) but never have been on this one. I know it's trolling motor only but may give it a try sometime.
Wonder if the bass or crappie are any good there.....
Thanks

my first time fishing there was last year, i caught 12 bass in one day but they were all around 9 or 10 inches long im pretty sure you can run a motor 9.9 and smaller i have never fished for anything else but i hear that the catfishing is good there if you use a trolling motor to get around like i did it will take you a while to get around the wind gets rough up next to the dam there are some good coves with grassy shores that hold fish and the water color is super clear most of the time i hope this might help good luck
Fished it for the first time this year. Took the kayak out there after bass. Plenty of weeds against the shore and some nice coves. I believe the lake is 10 hp or less. One ramp and a small bait shop (closed when I was there). We caught mostly 9-10 bass, but some larger 2# were also caught. Seemed like a decent lake that I'll likely hit again.
Andrew
I like Corinth. I've been on it numerous times and been the only boat on the lake. As Andrew said there is plenty of good cover. Never caught any monsters but always catch good numbers. There's an old rock fence in one of the last arms on the left going away the dam, it runs from one side to the other, always catch fish on it. 10 horse limit, but I always use the big motor to load. Hope this helps.
Thanks guys. May have the day off thursday and will give it a try if so. Having a little boat trouble and want to stay off the big lakes until fixed.
If i make it i'll post a note back.
Thanks again!
