Patrick Patterson sent to the D League

Patterson was sent to the D League today. The press release stated the Houston Rockets GM as saying there was so much competition at the 4 and 5 spots on the team that there was not enough minutes to go around so they would rather him get PT in the D League vs sitting in the NBA. With the Rockets sitting at 1-7 and Patterson is not getting any minutes then those who are getting the minutes must not be playing very well and you can't tell me if Patterson is better than them he would be playing. If it looks like a Duck, waddles like a Duck, quacks like a Duck then most likely it is a First Round Draft Pick out of UK that is not playing up to the level the Rockets thought he would be.

It is a shame, I really like P.P. He is what a college athlete is supposed to be about. How many people can graduate in three years while playing college hoops.
