Im gonna do alot more finesse fishing this year, specifically shakey head. What rod is the best for this technique. If you dont mind, can you you guys give your complete shakey head set-up?

Loomis makes a pretty good one.

IMO.
I like the loomis. but it depends on your price range. for rod type i like around 7 ft M xf. i believe carbon light and st.croix are a good choice. but if you really want to get in to it you can also have one built for you. I know a guy that will take really good care of you.
I just got a new 6'9 med. Abu Garcia veritos, but what I used before was a 7'0 med. Johnny Morris rod with a pfluger president reel 8 pound test p- line fluoroclear and most of the time a 1/8 oz head that I make myself. Green pumpkin trick worm or roboworms in aaron's magic or black grape. This set up is my go to set up and I use it 70% of the time. Hope this helps.
I'd go with a G-loomis spinning rod with a stradic CI4 2500. That's what I use and I love it. The loomis shakey head rods are built specifically for shakey head fishing when most rods are not. For me I don't want a lot of bend in the lower two thirds of the rod so I get better action out of the shakey head. But I want a extreme bend in the upper third of the rod. This allows me to "shake" the worm a lot more without moving it towards me that much. To me shakey head fishing requires a lot better rod than most types of fishing. Hope this helps.
Has anyone used a Cumara cus72m?
NRX 852S / Stradic 2500 CI4
I had a guy in Minnesota custom build me a 6'3" M St. Croix Legend with a TN handle. I use a 2500 Stradic. A TN handle will greatly increase the sensitivity.
Most tenn handles you have to tape the reel to the rod doesn't that cut down on sensitivity. I use bait casting rod . Better hook set and more control over the fish after the hook up
Cumara is great for shakey head applications. B and R Outlaw great as well as loomis. A medium rod with a fast tip. The tip helps set the hook on the heavier guage hooks on shakey head jigs. The CI4 is an awesome reel, makes me not want to fish with anything else.
I actually have a 7'2 Crucial spinning rod i would be willing to part with....The long rod really helps with hookups as im sure most guys on here will tell ya...I bought one of these rods and liked it so much I bought two, only to realize i only needed one
