Leaking fuel?

I have had the carb rebuilt, and changed all fuel lines. Still... after a run, and I kill the motor, I have a stream of fuel floating in the water around the OB? I do not know what else to look for, any suggestions?

are the carb bowls wet?

when my fuel pump broke ,the gas ran out the motor,and one time a gasket on the power tilt leaked andgave the appearance that it was leaking gas
