Striper at Cumberland?

Thinking of trying to catch my first striper out of my boat again this coming week at Cumberland. Does anyone know where they might be generally located at this time? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'll probably head down some day between Tuesday and Thursday.

They are a pretty good ways back up in the creeks! I only fish for them at night, not much on planer boards, just not much fun! The water is pretty well stained, but without more rain should be ok by Wed or Thur I would guess! If you get a chance to go at night I strongly suggest you try it, if you haven't already! Get way back in a creek and just listen for shad spraying the water as stripers are chasing them. Throw a Gizz 3 or 4 into the banks and SLOWLY retrieve it, I mean as slow as possible and still feel the bait working like it should. Be careful though, the lake is up and a lot of debris, especially down by the dam! Good luck!!
